The UCLA Trombone Studio is a diverse conservatory based university studio under the direction of James Miller, Associate Principal Trombonist of the

Los Angeles Philharmonic.

We offer Bachelors in Music, Masters in Music and Doctoral of Music degrees in Trombone Performance

from the Herb Alpert School of Music.

 

The UCLA trombone studio is represented across the city of Los Angeles. Students perform as members of The American Youth Symphony, East/West Symphony,  San Diego Symphony, Monterey Symphony as well as on film scores and a myriad of other professional organizations in the rich arts fabric of the Los Angeles area.
